If you received an item that was misprinted, damaged in transit, or is defective, returns must be submitted within TWO weeks after the product has been received. At the buyer’s expense, you may ship the product back to us. Once the item is received, we will issue you a full refund minus original shipping cost.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than FOUR weeks after the estimated delivery date. All claims deemed an error on our behalf will be covered in a full refund. Packages that are liable on behalf of the freight carrier, will be refunded minus original shipping cost.

To Return An Item

  1. Package items with original packing slip provided in shipment as we do require proof of purchase for refunds.

  2. Prepare your package to be sent to: Convos For Canines, PO Box 571, Wendell, NC 27591.

  3. Ship your package.


All of our apparel, home goods, and accessories are print on demand, so unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to offer exchanges.
